SPECIAL ORDERS

We know that there are times when our customers require products which we do not stock.  We are prepared to 'Special Order' those items for our customers and make them available at discount prices, usually 20% off list price.

Many items are delivered in a reasonable length of time; however there are those items that require a degree of patience.  Therefore, it is best to anticipate your needs and order as early as possible.

The most frequent problems we encounter are:

• The item is discontinued.
• The manufacturer sells direct to the public, not through retailers.
• The manufacturer has a minimum order requirement which exceeds our customers needs.

We are encouraged by the success rate we have accomplished.  Please be prepared to be patient and allow us at least 30 days to complete a search and please order carefully; special order items cannot be returned.
